a dozen long stemmed red roses. they are beautiful!

Speaking of beautiful. A beautiful work perk is that we get to take our birthday off! It snowed on the night of my birthday so I got up really early before the snow melted. I made a nice hot cup of coffee.

And soaked in the beautiful sun rise in the snow. 

It really is such a pretty sight. If you're interested in cute you should see Otto try to catch snow flakes. I have no photographic evidence of this because its early in the morning when we walk. But envision a little liver and ticked gsp puppy jumping in the air to catch them....yup total swoonie swoon. I still have some out door christmas decorations that got covered in snow. The little berries are cute too..
